Arrests are based on NHTSA training and condition of driver, injury, illness, age, weight and fairness.

The Goal of DUI Expert testimony is the review of all facts, reports and body cameras. To give feedback and to possibly testify in Court. If training per NHTSA does not match or on scene investigation is in error, I may be able to change the outcome in the case.
